Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors

Welcome to the Bellbrook/Sugarcreek Ministerial Association
The Bellbrook/Sugarcreek Ministerial Association seeks to work across denominational lines to be a caring presence of Christ in the Bellbrook/Sugarcreek community.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Bellbrook Sugarcreek Ministerial Association is a group of pastors from a variety of Christian congregations who affirm that:

  • we seek to turn away from those actions that may separate us from the will of God;

  • we follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit in choosing good, supporting justice, and overcoming oppression;

  • we proclaim the good news and live as a disciple of Jesus Christ confessing Jesus as Savior and promising to serve him as Lord within the church that is open to people of all ages, nations, and races;

  • we seek to be a living witness to the gospel, wherever we are, and in all that we do;

  • and, we receive and profess the Christian faith as contained in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments --  putting our trust in God.

WHAT WE DO

The Purpose of the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Ministerial Association is to:

  • provide a venue for mutual support, fellowship, and prayer among pastors with genuine respect and concern for our various congregations;

  • provide community worship opportunities -- such as Thanksgiving, National Day of Prayer, Baccalaureate, Sunrise Service, etc.;

  • respond to needs within the communities of Bellbrook and Sugarcreek Township through finanical assistance and hands-on service;

  • engage in community events and with community groups/leaders  for the common good
