Each week the Miami Valley District will publish a prayer for us to use during the week. This way all United Methodists in the district will be praying as one. We will include the prayer each week so you can use it as you see fit during your private prayer time.

Our prayers through Lent have been written by MIV Assistant to the Superintendent and Local Pastor, Rev. Terry Heck...
"Lord, alone with you on the mountain, we know we are loved; in the valleys of day to day life, we forget. Remind us this day that it is good to be here. Break through the valleys of our hearts with your light of transformation. Send us as breakthrough people into the valleys of suffering knowing that if we pause for a moment, we will always see you. Transform us today.
Amen."
